Louisa previously worked for Gauteng Provincial Legislature and Gauteng Treasury, during this period she worked closely with departments in the Social Transformation cluster and this gave her the opportunity to interact with different stakeholders and understand the policy and treasury context of Social Transformation work.

Louisa contributes towards the delivery of all aspects of the Fixed methodology. Louisa has obtained a masters’ qualification in local economic development and has experience in stakeholder engagement. Louisa has co-facilitated workshops, conducted research and participated in the development of plans and guidebooks.
