Measuring Progress & Impact
The comprehensive vision of What it Looks Like When it’s Fixed provides a systemic platform for measuring progress. It is possible to conduct the rapid assessment exercise at any point during an intervention, be it as a baseline at the outset or as a status assessment in an already-running project, or regularly throughout the life of a project to obtain feedback and report on progress. This rapid assessment can also be supplemented with an empirical progress measurement system, designed by Fixed™ to engage all role players in collecting, measuring and interpreting data. The empirical measurement is aligned to funders’ and partners’ output needs as defined in the What’s Negotiable meeting and also to the systemic vision for transformation: what are the indicators that we are changing the system? How do we measure change, not just outputs?
Measuring progress and impact delivers a framework for gathering data and reports on inclusive assessment of progress and impact.
